• Ali Express Standard shipment & E-packet shipment take 15-30 workdays and free shipment to USA,Canada,Russia,West Europe.
• EMS take 5-20 days and delivery to 98 countries from China.
• China Post oridinary & regiestered Airmail take 15-45 days with free shipment  ,some remote area have to pay sur-charges.

P.S:Brazil customs require tax ID (CPF or CNPJ),pls remark in order together with delivery info.

 

 

Return & Refund Policy Remark:

1.Check parcel in case of damaged package and ensure item inside non-damaged during shipment , or it can be regarded item kept original condition after signature,then only other claim include quality defects and wrong item shipment accepted.

 

2.Contact us and send photoes as proof immediately within 5 days if any quality problem occured after signature,we will make judgement and slove it for you as flow chart showed above,in case quality problem confirmed or wrong size you received ((not same with your order) .Beyond closing date,receipent required to send original apparel and accessory (non-washed and artifical damaged) back with charge delivery expense.

 

3.Return & refund policy not applicable that caused by force majeure case and delay in local customs specially in busy shoping season or customs policy changed.

4.Claim not accepted in below situation ,delay for wrong receipent address,post / zip code,mobile phone and nobody sign for parcel in a few weeks.we strive for reminding you by send mail or message until you got it.

1.Are there color aberration compared with photoes showing in store?

 

Yes,such case maybe existed slightly as result of monitor and lighitng environment when we take camera.

 

2.I am a retailer or distributor,can it be possible for drop shipment?

 

Yes,just be sure to give instruction and leave correct delivery details of receiver.

 

3.Tracking info available after delivery parcel?

E-Packet / EMS / China Post Registered Mail / Ali Express Standard Shiping & Premium shipment / Singapore Post 4PX and most special route,DHL/UPS/FED-Ex also available for tracking info,but China Post oridinary mail and other Post method not available for tracking once parcel out of China.
