Terms of sales

In case of a listed item going unsold in the allotted time on eBay, we will unlist it from our store. In the interest of being fair and providing equal opportunity to all our potential clients, we will not be accepting any private requests or offers regarding the prices of any of our items. 

PLEASE NOTE WE CAN NO LONGER OFFER DELAYED SHIPPING OPTION. Your items will be dispatched as soon as you process the payment.

If payment is not received within 5 working days, on 10am GMT of the 5th day the order will be cancelled and you will be banned from bidding on Japanese Gallery eBay indefinitely.

Combined Shipping

If you are buying multiple items, please send us the request for combined shipping before processing payment. 

We will issue the invoice with combined shipping. We will be unable to refund shipping if payment is processed instead of the payment for the revised combined shipping. For further information please click here

Please let us know if you wish us to issue a Certificate of Authenticity before making a payment. We charge additional £10 for each certificate.
