Warranty:
- We put these laptops through an extensive refurbishment process. This leaves the hardware components as close to good as new as possible.
- We are confident in the products that we sell, therefore, we offer a 90 day warranty as standard with all our laptops, tablets and smartphones.
- The warranty is effective from the delivery date for 90 days.
- In the event that a problem occurs within the first 90 days, we will collect and replace the item free of charge within 10 days.
- What the warranty does not cover.
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage. It also does not cover software problems such as viruses/malware, or other file corruption. The battery is guaranteed to last for at least 1 hour. Batteries will be replaced if they do not meet that criteria if reported within 7 days of receipt. Outside of this, batteries are not covered by a warranty as they are classed as a consumable item.
Shipping
- We do not post to destinations outside of the UK and will cancel any orders from abroad.
- Please contact us for postage and packaging to Highlands and Islands.
- We aim to post all orders within 2-4 working days.
