Art by Matt Baker and others. Tales of adventure featuring Rulah, Jungle Goddess, and art by legendary good-girl artist Matt Baker. This, the April 1948 issue, is technically the fifteenth issue, but was erroneously numbered #13. A jungle wizard named Loki makes animals and people alike slaves to his will, but Rulah bows to no one; Rulah uses jungle strategy against what appears to be an invading Mongolian horde; Rulah is hired to escort a harem through the jungle, and ends up battling wild animals in an arena.
