Vintage Art Deco Sheer Black Net Rhinestone Button Trim Capelet Gown

This vintage Art Deco sheer black net rhinestone button trim capelet dress dates from the 1930s. It is made of a sheer black net fabric with black silk trim edging details on the top and decorative square silver rhinestone button trim going down the front. This beautiful black bias cut dress evening gown has a long floor length with a full skirt, an attached layered tiered capelet collar, decorative rhinestone buttons down the front, side snap closures and is completely sheer, unlined. The dress measures 58 inches long, with a 36 inch chest, 26 inch waist and 36 inch hips. It is in good as-is condition with a few tiny pin holes scattered, a frayed bottom skirt with no hem and 3 frayed rips holes on the skirt (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
