Original bound sheet music w dates ranging from 1840 to 1863. Most were published in New York, Philadelphia and Baltimore. Most seem ordinary but few stood out: 1862 sheet music, We are Coming Father Abraham, 300000 More (W C Bryant response to Lincoln’s call for more soldiers); 1863 (maybe 1868, not quite sure) Civil War sheet music, Weeping Sad, and Lonely or When this Cruel War is over; 1850 Soldier of the Legion (dying German fighting in the Legion for the French army in the desert sand); 1846 The Dying Warrior; multiple sheet music w Irish Emigrant theme. Last dozen or so are duet singing sheet music. ~11in x 13.5in. 2in thick. edge wear and scuffing. Binding
is tight. Study pictures closely to ascertain condition.
