Rare Vintage Lisa Frank Clear Vinyl Backpack Glow in the Dark Casey & Caymus 90s

Please review pictures closely. Great condition, please note there are 2 small holes on the side (I believe this is from the plastic liner which is still inside the bottom). The drawstrings also have been caught in the closure previously which can be seen in pictures as well.
