This is a mid grade item. It will have enough minor defects that it is in clearly worse condition than a brand new freshly published comic, magazine, or book. Allowed defects for this grade include: a spine split of less than half an inch, minor water spotting or other residue, impacted corners, and an accumulation or spine stresses that may break color. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor defects or one or two moderate defects.
Special scouting issue in honor of the Boy Scouts 65th anniversary. "Eat Your Cake! Part 1"; Casper gets Wendy to bake a cake for his Cub Scout den, in honor of the Boy Scouts' 65th anniversary, and she puts a spell on it so that when some of it is eaten it replenishes itself. "1st Class Scout"; Richie's dad puts on his old Eagle Scout uniform and finds that the hat fits. "What Money Can't Buy!" Hostess Twinkies ad with Richie Rich. "Eat Your Cake: Part II And Have It Too!"; Fatso steals the cake, a yummy bird steals it from him, and when Casper gets it back it's grabbed by a troll. "Eat Your Cake - Part III Follow the Leader"; The troll gets sick of the cake and Casper gives it to Spooky and Hot Stuff to keep them from scaring the cub scouts; Then Casper tries to divert the troll so that he doesn't scare the cub scouts either. "Casper Cub Scouts' Den-o-Fun" public service announcement; Casper salutes the Cub Scouts and explains how to join. "Eat Your Cake Part IV The Welcome Dragon!"; Casper gets rid of the troll; Spooky and Hot Stuff bring back the cake and the dragon eats it, but offers to use his breath to send out a skywritten invitation to the scouts' party. 36 pages, full color.
