HeliDirect offers a (14) day return policy for all new, unuséd items that are in brand new condition without fault, damage or otherwise. Items being returned must be brand new without any use. Aircraft that have been “test flown” will not be accepted as a return item. - Valid returns are based upon factory sealed products that are in 100% resale condition.
