Jammed up at #2, The Name Game - Shirley Ellis. Inching up to #3 from #4, Eight Days A Week - The Beatles. #4 from #3, This Diamond Ring - Gary Lewis & The Playboys. Jammed up at #5, My Girl - The Temptations. Up to #6 from #8, The Jolly Green Giant - Kingsmen. Jumping to #7 from #14, Laugh Laugh - Beau Brummels. Dropping to #8 from #6, Downtown - Petula Clark. Slipping to #9 from #7, Cupid - Johnny Rivers. Dropping to #27 from #23, I'm A Loser (album cut) - The Beatles. Debuting at #36, Ferry Across The Mersey - Gerry & The Pacemakers. Survey is in good condition; measures 14 x 4-1/4; was originally folded three times for mailing.
