Great vintage artisan piece. Jacqueline Smiley "Vintage Revival" Looks like an old plate or similar porcelain item from 1910 was cut and used for this. Such a fun piece! Porcelain has crazing and one tiny little spot on the left side, see pics. But it is secure and absolutely wearable. The crazing is mostly seen under close inspection. In hand it is not so visible.
