Antique Edwardian White Cotton Full Length Embroidery Lace Petticoat Skirt AS IS. Here we have an authentic turn of the century white cotton petticoat or half slip. It is made from a crisp white cotton and features embroidered flowers and cutwork. The detail work is concentrated below the knees where a ribbon would babe threaded through to cinch it. The hem is finished with a ribbon of ruffled lace. The waist is slightly gathered into a waistband. There is a center back slit with ties for closure.
