Approx. 5-1/4" tall, 3-1/8" wide. Mirror is approx. 1" x 1-3/4". Wall hung. 

Crack in the upper glass panel, (photo #4) but glass is not loose and crack is not visible in normal lighting. Some small handling marks on the wood.
