This Hess pump topper was clipped on to the Hess gas pump to advertise Super Detergent Premium gasoline, the Hess topper is about 3 1/4" square and has a small screw underneath to attach it to the gas pump, this is an EXTREMELY RARE Hess item. This Hess topper is in good condition with some cracks, damage to the corners as seen in the pictures and about 3 1/4" square.
