You are buying a collection of high quality cottonwood bark that was harvested from the Minnesota River Valley which is know for its towering Cottonwood trees that are 100s of years old.  The bark pieces are nice and dry and ready for carving.  The valley that the Minnesota River flows in is up to five miles wide and 250 feet deep.  It was carved into the landscape by the massive glacial River Warren between 11,700 and 9,400 years ago at the end of the last ice age in North America. Pierre-Charles Le Sueur was the first European known to have traveled along the river.  The Minnesota Territory, and later the state,  Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  If you do not like the quality of the wood please let us know and we work with you to make thing right.  All of the pieces are 12 inches long(except noted below) and 2" thick.  Listing below is the width and weight.  The 15 piece,  12.90lb lot includes:
