A small caterpillar manual on eBay sold for $119.99 plus shipping so I thought to myself… This thing is humongous filled with information and not only that it’s a factory dealers book not specifically designed for the public so it’s pretty rare.

So I think the value should be more but I’m a fair guy. Please let me describe to you what I am seeing regarding this item.

It starts off with a parts price list that’s 27 pages long and it’s in nice condition.

Then it goes to something called numerical parts record caterpillar diesel, truck engines issue 17

And that’s pretty thick over 300 pages and then it goes to issue 16 which is 258 pages

And then it goes to issue 14 which is 262 pages.

And then it goes to issue 12 which is 244 pages and that’s the end of the book. So if you add up all those pages that’s a lot of information. It probably has every nut and bolt and tools and parts with all the numbers… It’s loaded with information. And the pages are clean and very decent. The cover is a little bit rough but no big deal. The cover is Ford Motor Company. take a look at the pictures to see the condition of the cover.

The book is in readable sturdy condition. The binding was built to be tough.

So that’s about it… It’s a very important book for the caterpillar collector. It’s very rare and filled with information. Look on eBay for another one like this and you won’t find it. Little manuals are on eBay right now but nothing like this.

To keep the cost down because this book is very heavy and large I am shipping it media mail. It’s the cheapest way to ship and the most cost-effective.
