       The guitar you bought was shipped from China. I will use SF International Express and UPS in the United States to deliver the guitar. After sending the package, you will receive the guitar within 8-12 days. (In addition to the United States, depending on the tax policies of different countries/regions, some customs duties may be charged for shipping via commercial express, which requires the recipient to pay customs fees, and the shipping company will contact the recipient to collect on behalf of the shipping company)

Guitars shipped from U.S. warehouses will be delivered via federal or UPS, usually arriving within 3-6 days.

Transportation is particularly safe, will be safely delivered, please rest assured!

      Customers outside the United States need to tell me your email address after purchase so that the shipping company can inform you of some customs fees.

    Since shipping companies charge based on package size, guitar cases cost $180 each (guitar cases are optional).

Packing conditions.

         None of the guitars sold come with a guitar case, but it will be shipped safely packed in a foam case. I pack every order very carefully and all the boxes that arrive are well protected! Make sure they are delivered to you in the best possible condition.

Refund Policy:

      Only items that do not match the description will be returned. Please return it within 3 days of receipt and keep it in good condition! Once we receive the item, I will give a full refund or exchange! You must contact me before returning the goods.
