For UK customers, items will be packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Wales using Royal Mail's 48-tracked or 2nd-class services. For international customers, we use Yunexpress's warehouse to pack and ship items worldwide. In cases where we're out of stock in our UK warehouse, we may use Yunexpress for UK customers as well, at an additional fee of £10-12, which takes 7-14 working days to arrive.
