All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit/debit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.
Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment.

Choice of Fedex Ground, Fedex Economy, or pickup. Larger items will be sent with a freight company.
International orders are shipped via eBay’s Global Shipping Program.

Please reach out to us before returning an item, via ebay messaging, and provide the reason for the return (Vehichle fitment, worse than expected condition, faulty part, etc) so we can better assist with the return process.
Buyers are expected to return the part and pay for return shipping in order to be reimbursed, with a few exceptions, such as: Item damaged in transport (Fedex claim will be made), Sufficent evidence of a faulty part is provided, defected part is low enough in value that a replacement can be provided, without aquiring the prevoiusly shipped part back.
