This antique brooch is attributed to the Czech NEIGER BROTHERS (seldom found marked). The intricate brass metal heart petals have a light pink enamel wash. The petals are layered; the top layer has three petals around a round pink glass cabochon with 3 pink oval cabochons around it. At each side in center are round ones.  The 10 base layer of heart petals each have pink rhinestones in their centers.

This is believed to be from the 1930s. The 3 smaller oval cabochons are not perfectly centered on their brass bases; however that appears to be original.

This brooch or pin is RARE and in very good condition. I have seen a matching dress clip, also unmarked NEIGER, with same pieces.
