This is lovely bowl with raised designs of blue-bells. The "bells" on the flowers have a frosty blue on them.    

All of the flowers (including stems, leaves & blossoms) have a raised 3D pattern  ~ the inside is smooth.   

This is thick glass ~ tad bit over 1/4".    The diameter of the top of the bowl is 8" and measures 4 3/4" high ~ it has a scalloped edge, which follows the design of the stems of the bluebell flowers.   

The footed base is approximately 3".

There is NO sign of use ~ NO marks at all.
