TOTALLY STUNNING NEW DESIGN layered White,Red Glittery Hearts  lace VERY COOL  &  PRETTY Mini skirt.

The top of the skirt has been made in a very good quality white lycra fabric which is stretchy & very comfortable to wear (fits in all the right places VERY FIGURE FLATTERING). 

The skirt has a white elasticated low waistband which is worn on higher hips, it has a 5.5 inch shaped top, and a 2 layered frilly skirt measures 7 inches which includes the white lace pleated frilly edge, The top layer has been made in a soft White,Red Glittery Hearts  mesh fabric and the underlayer in a white cotton fabric.– TOTALLY AWESOME. I have finished this skirt with a white lace pleated frill and a red satin tie-up bow.
