T S Magee Stockbrokers Derry/Londonderry Victorian Share Contract Note M385

Measures 13 x 20.5 cm approx. Dated 6th March 1889 March and addressed to a Mr William Huey who lived at Ture Co Donegal. It relates to the purchase of fifteen shares in Bank of New Zealand. The settlement date was 14 March. Sixpenny contract note stamp. The firm of T S Magee continued until I think the mid/late 1980’s when the proprietor was one Holmes Haslett.

Some soiling/age as per photos but generally in good condition for an item of this age and type. Two transverse folds and use will be made of these for postage purposes.
