*  appear to be brass -- antiqued goldtone in color

*  quilted detailing

*  I was told these came off of a piece of furniture from the 1940's, but they are not dated -- use your judgment

*  as found condition -- there is paint residue on the underside and the tops needs cleaning/polishing
