With bright paper, excellent colors, and nice
margins, this Samuel Upham facsimile is as fresh as the day it came off the
press in Philadelphia in 1862. This note is in the top 10% of the 72 examples
of T19 counterfeits now listed in the PMG Population Report, with
only six other examples besting it from a grade standpoint.......
