To be honest, I have no idea on this guy, other than what I was able to compare here on ebay and google.

It's either a finger muppet, cake topper, or perhaps a bottle top for cap on some product...I just cannot say for certain.

In any case, who doesn't like Cookie Monster.  This guy is small, soft plastic (vinyl?), and hollow.

Stands approximately 2.5" in height and 2" wide.  Nice color.  Good condition.
