Up for bids is a Near Mint!, 1880's, Red Book of Fruit Jars #1941, 5 5/8" tall (at the top of the lid), aqua glass, hand ground lip, screw top MIDGET PINT fruit jar embossed MASON'S PATENT NOV. 30TH 1858 on front, (Hero Cross) on back, PAT NOV 26 67 34 on the base .... the jar has no chips, scratching or staining, just a tiny "potstone spider crack" next to the reverse cross (photo #4)... comes with a very rough! "lugged" midget zinc lid with a white Hero Cross glass insert... Nice!...
