This is a very heavily made piece in excellent condition. It is constructed of non-ferrous metal - perhaps stainless steel or perhaps brass with a brushed nickel plated finish. Either way, it will not rust.
The hooks adjust by sliding back and forth on the bottom rail.
The total length of the rack is 19 1/2 inches. The length between the brackets is 18 inches.
It extends from the wall 10 inches and it is 6 inches in height at the bracket wall plates. The curve of the hooks adds another 1 1/2 inches to the height.
It is undamaged and ready to use.
