Up for auction is a vintage Shakespeare “Grumpy” fishing lure in used condition (shows some wear and tear).  Check out the photos for the best description and always ZOOM in for the best view of the item(s) as most Items are used and may have blemishes, rust, and/or paint loss.  It’s recommended to use a larger screen to get a better look at the item.

Terms Of Sale

All items are sold in as-is condition and are described to the best of my ability. I try to identify all items as much as possible, but in some cases, I may make an honest mistake and provide incorrect info.  Please do your own research as well since all sales are final.

The condition of an item is my opinion only; any questions should be asked before bidding/buying.  You can ask for additional photos as well.

Most items I sell are vintage and should be presumed to be in used condition unless I have stated otherwise. 

Please view all photos thoroughly.  Photos provide you with the best description. 

Payment

A maximum of 4 days is set for payment. Please be sure to complete payment within that timeframe. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the item and an unpaid item case against your account.  You will be blocked from further purchases as well.  If you need more time, message and let me know – if reasonable, I will accommodate!

Shipping

I do combine shipping for individual items won/purchased within 24 hours of each other.  Larger lots or larger sized products may not qualify, it will depend on the size of the order and packaging availability.  Buyer will need to request an invoice so I can calculate the order correctly.

In most cases, I don’t charge for combining small lures.  In the event the weight is higher or the box size is larger, I may charge .25 to .50 per additional lure.  I take the highest shipping price and add the additional cost to it, if necessary.

My handling and delivery to the Post Office can be up to 3 days after receiving payment, but if payment is made before noon, I will try to drop off the same day.

The Post Office has their own processing time which I have no control over.

Tracking will be provided in eBay.

I ship to the U.S. only.  Shipping fees apply to the lower 48 states.

If I will not be available during a period of time and/or there will be delays with shipments, it will be communicated on eBay.
