Please select the needle according to the thickness of the motor shaft diameter, do not use too small needles to pull the teeth against the motor with a large shaft diameter, otherwise the thimble will break, and the rubber gear should be heated to melt the glue before the tooth is pulled!!
Select the thimble of the tooth broach you need, install the swivel rod of the tooth broach, and tighten the screws (note: the screw should not be too tight for the thimble pin with the platform).
Load the broacher rotating rod into the bracket.
Attach the broacher swimming plate.
Snap the motor into the bracketor traveling plate and move to the motor shaft to align the bracketing pin.
Rotate the gear broacher rod at a constant speed in the clockwise direction and pull out the motor gear.
Gears with a maximum outer diameter of 11mm and a tooth height of less than 12mm can be pulled.
