Here is are American Girl Bitty Baby Twin dolls.  You get both the baby boy and baby girl.  Both have blonde hair and blue eyes that stay open when they are in an upright position and close when they are lying down.  These dolls are in nice shape and their eyes open when upright and close when lying down.  The boy's outfit has lights stains and the girl's has a hole on the back of her outfit and her shoes are badly scraped.  Please see Photos.
