The MicroWirePRO® Gerbing Premium Heated Jacket Liner now offers customers a more tailored compression fit, with even more of our patented heating wire distributed throughout the front and back of the jacket, the collar and the sleeves. A stretch material down each side of the body and the inside of each arm ensures an extremely comfortable, snug fit, but with full stretch to prevent the chances of bulking under your outer jacket.
This top-of-the-range heated jacket liner has 3 input connections situated inside the front pocket which, when used with one of our temperature controllers, will allow the wearer to regulate the heat settings. The first plug draws the power for the heated jacket liner. The second is the power draw plug for Gerbing MicroWirePRO® heated gloves, which can be connected to the sleeves of the jacket liner. The third plug is the accessory plug, which can be connected to your heated trousers and/or heated socks.
Designed to replace your existing jacket liner, our MicroWirePRO® heated liner, with its unique heating system, allows you to wear your existing outerwear whilst providing an even distribution of warmth throughout the body. We recommend this jacket liner is worn with a long-sleeved base layer underneath. With over 35 metres of heating wire in our heated jacket liner, we guarantee that you will be kept warm, even in sub-zero temperatures!

Constructed from a soft, wind-resistant nylon shell, this tailored jacket is designed to be a lightweight and highly compressible garment - the perfect item to pack for those trips with unpredictable weather conditions.
Used with just the battery harness, this jacket will operate at maximum heat, which unless used in extremely cold climates (i.e Scandinavia), will be too hot and could cause skin discomfort unless disconnected. The table below gives the actual measurements of each jacket size. Please note that the jackets have a compression fit, with wide stretch panels on the inside of the arms and at each side of the torso. Choose the size nearest to your measurements for maximum warmth and best fit. Experience has shown that most jacket exchanges occur because customers feel their jackets are too small. If in doubt, or if you prefer a slightly looser fit, order the next size UP.

Our new Portable Digital Controller is designed to be used with our Heated Jacket Liners if you are using the new 2019 Push-Button Gloves.

The Portable Digital Controller consist of two female leads that connect into the plugs inside your jacket and one male plug that connects to your power source:
The Jacket Lead (female) connects into your jacket plug marked 'Jacket' and will control the temperature of your jacket. Using the push button on the control the user can choose 5 different heat settings shown in the digital display from 1-5; 1 being 20% heat, 5 being 100% heat.
The Glove Lead (female) connects into your jacket plug marked 'Gloves' and will supply the power to the glove circuit. Unlike the jacket, you control the power of the gloves directly from the push-button on your glove
The third lead (male) plugs directly into your power source (battery hook-up or accessory plug)

This wireless unit will control the heat setting of your Portable Digital Controller positioned to suit you.
It is water resistant and has an easily replaceable button cell battery.
The wireless unit can be placed anywhere on your vehicle ideally in a position where you can adjust it and keep your eyes on the road. It is recommended to attach the unit to your bike or tank bag using Velcro-type patches (supplied) so that it can be removed when you are away from your bike for safety.
***Please note that this unit cannot be used with the Junior or single controller, only the Portable Digital Controller***
