Upon payment, domestic items are usually shipped out the following day, no more than 3 business days. International items are shipped out on Friday/Saturday, therefore please make payment by Friday morning EST to ensure your item is mailed that week. Once an item leaves our hands and is being shipped, we can not control how long the post office takes to deliver it. We will provide you with any necessary detailed tracking information and do what we can on our end to ensure a speedy delivery. Please do not leave low dsr's if it is out of our control.
