This 1984 Robert Marble PENGUIN is a hard-to-find WAVING cutie. He is part of a series of GEORGE GOOD. He wears a red knit hat with white Pom Pom.

This porcelain figure is about 3" tall. He has the original sticker with bottom markings. It is in very good condition.
