This UNREAD vintage limited leather masterpiece of literature and bookmaking from The Franklin Mint is in NEAR PERFECT condition with no markings inside or out and no attached bookplates. It looks and feels like a bright new book. There are no real imperfections or even any wear. The only flaw to be found is a very slight fray at the end of the ribbon bookmark. VERY close to being a brand new book.

*Important side note: Not only is this Franklin Library edition far more attractive and well-made than the Easton Press editions, it's also complete and unabridged. Believe it or not, some Easton Press books are slightly abridged and don't even state it. And the Easton Press editions of "Typee" are not the complete and original text. This fine Franklin Library edition is. I have both books and can show you.
