Vintage 50s Novelty blouse Paris? size 38/40 Lerner shops

True vintage cotton blouse from the 1950s. It depicts street artists and dog walkers in a small European town. It buttons up the front and has one pocket. Made expressly for Lerner Shops. It's in top condition. Probably size 38/40. It measures 14 1/2 inches across the shoulders and almost 20 across the bust. .
