Hailing from the Japanese continuation of Beast Wars - and also known as Beast Wars the Second - the Ultra Class leader of the Destron/Predacon forces is 100% complete with all accessories. The original instructions, tech spec card, product catalogue, and survey form are also included. 

All of the gimmicks - the launching missiles, spinning drill, and flapping wings still operate smoothly. The joints are firm enough to maintain poses in robot mode, though it is back-heavy due to the drill assembly, and does require the drill for support (ironic). 

It has only been transformed a handful of times. Otherwise it has been stored in a smoke-free environment, away from direct sunlight.
