Vintage Cavalier King Charles Spaniel by Teviotdale England.  Beautiful detail and colours.  Signed by the artist Tom Mackie to the side as shown and dated 1990.  Original label to base.  Measures 9.5cm high x 13cm long.  In very good condition.  Fairly rare - not seen often.
