Ruth Schaumann can be found on German Wikipedia and there is also her signature shown. Ruth Schaumann was a German poet, writer, sculptor and draughtswoman.

In 1932, the city of Munich was the first woman to award Ruth Schaumann the Literature Prize.

In 1935, her husband Friedrich Fuchs was dismissed from the magazine Hochland because of his negative attitude towards the National Socialists, and Ruth Schaumann subsequently earned the living for the family, which now numbered seven, with her artistic work alone. Some of her works are considered degenerate art during this time
