RARE Vtg Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung Striped Necktie Germany

There is a small area just below the tag where the stitching has come loose. 

One very extremely tiny hole on the underside of the tie. Does not go all the way through. (Shown in pictures).

Cobalt blue with diagonal thin green stripes. AVHumboldt written within the green stripes.
