Asahi Pentax Metal Push On Flash Cold Shoe  Adapter - Spacer.

I have searched the web and cant find any information on this.
Looks to be some sort of spacer presumably to allow a certain piece of equipment to be attached to the camera. 

Good used condition Attaches to your Flash shoe. 

Seems to fit most Pentax SLR film camera flash shoes..
