  • This product is delivered unpainted. The price does not include painting and installation costs.

 

Shipping Disclaimer

  • Orders with large parts or items-such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, etc.—that require special handling due to their shape, weight, or packaging will be shipped via truck freight.
  • Delivery may take up to 7-14 business  days  according  to the  distance (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Inspecting Your Shipment

We offer free insurance for all Large products

  • If there is any visible damage to the packaging,request that you be allowed to open the shipment before signing so that you can inspect the product.
  • Please take the time to thoroughly inspect the box and its contents for any major damages.If you notice any damages to the product itself, DO NOT ACCEPT the shipment. 
  • When you sign for the shipment,you are taking full responsibility for any damages that may have occurred during shipping and we will not be able to file a claim for the damages.
  • Should you discover damages to your item which was concealed at the time of delivery,please take some pictures of the damages,and send them to us as soon as possible so that we can process a return  for  an  exchange/refund.
  • For orders shipped to a business/commercial address,it  is your responsibility to inform them  to inspect the contents of the shipment prior to accepting the shipment.Failure to inspect for damages at the time of delivery will result in denial of your damage claim.

 

About Return

  • If the buyer wants to return the goods, the buyer bears the freight back and forth.  Items should be returned in pristine condition without any signs of damage or installation.  If it has been used or installed, you will not be eligible for a full refund.  Thank you for your understanding.
