Stanley "Frenchy" Bordagaray (1910-2000) was a major league right-handed hitting outfielder/3rd baseman for 11 seasons, playing for the White Sox (1934), Bro. Dodgers (1935-1936 & 1942-1945), Cardinals (1937-1938), Reds (1939), and Yankees (1941). He played in 930 games, hitting .283, with 14 HRs, and 270 RBIs, and had his best season in 1944, playing in a career high 130 games, and hitting .281, with 6 HRs, and 51 RBIs. Bordagaray appeared in the 1939 & 1941 W.S as a pinch-runner in 3 games, and is a member of the Brooklyn Dodgers HOF.
