For sale is a the Dave Babych plaque in the Winnipeg Jets Platinum Plaque collection, issued in 2006.

It measures 2x2.5 inches and is new in its original factory packaging. 

The back of each plaque showed the player's jersey with number, years with the Jets, position and place of birth.

The entire set comprised 24 plaques.
