A suberb example of Sherborn`s Work, Altough known principally for his Bookplates , he also produced several East London Scenes of which this is a Fine example. There are four states of this known --this is the Fouth and Finished State. 1882   so stated lower left margin

It has been removed  from an old and tired frame and glass. It was laid in lighty taped outside emboss area , and not stuck down and is now a free paper sheet in perfectly sound condition , no chips tears or punctures . There is some light spotting to the perimeter of the paper.
