The postal issue is dedicated to the dog Patron - the lover of grown-ups and children, the talisman of Ukrainian ryatuvalniks, the guest of public visits.

From the cob of war Jack Russell Terrier, nicknamed Patron, to serve in the team of pyrotechnicians of the Sovereign Service of Ukraine in emergency situations.

Two years ago, a member of the pyrotechnical group of the Head Office of the DSNS of Ukraine near the Chernigiv region gave his son a puppy. Chotirilapy was prepared for exhibitions, but through the war he happened to become a sapper.

Okrim the service, Patron present at the press conferences, meeting with the leaders of foreign powers, and also seeing children at the liquor stores.
