Bidding & Communication
You can bid with confidence as we make every effort to provide an
accurate description but if there is anything you are unsure of please contact
me in good time. I cannot be responsible for buyers not reading the
details.
Guarantee
Subject to the above we offer a money back guarantee (less P&P) on
all our sales should the item not be reflected in the description.
Postage, packing and handling
We take utmost care with our packing to avoid damage by third parties in
transit. Brochures for example are generally placed within a plastic
cover and sent in a stiffened envelope with all edges strengthened. The
overall result alleviates bending / damage as well as tearing and water
penetration.
Other items are also well packaged according to their particular
requirements.
Please note there is no insurance / signed for facility with these
services – any special requirements must be stipulated prior to payment and
extra costs borne by the buyer.
All payments must be received within 7 days unless notified – otherwise
the item will be relisted and negative feedback left.
Despatch
We aim to despatch the next working day after clearance of funds.
