May suit a Paramotor project?

In as found condition and has been sat unused for a good

number of years so I would definitely recommend it is 

rebuilt and checked over before being used as my knowledge

of these engines is very limited!

It does turn over fine with compression and appears to have 

all of the ignition components present as well as a US made

Tillotson carburettor 

There is a label on the underside of the crankcases that has

the name Target Technology Limited along with the engine 

serial number.

The engine is a fairly lightweight unit only weighing 9.4kg total
