The top of the skirt has been made in a very good quality black  lycra fabric which is stretchy & very comfortable to wear (easy to get on & off). The skirt has a black elasticated low waistband, it has a 3 inch shaped top.

This tutu skirt has been made in a mixed fabrics  I have overlocked on the outer edge in black   which looks AWESOME. This skirt has been finished with  a black satin bow.
