Brussells 1897 International Exhibition Poster stamp S1371

This exhibition took place from 10th May 1897 until 8th November. Twenty seven countries participated. For condition please refer to photos. The stamp has at some time been stuck in an album or similar and accordingly as can be seen in the photo of the reverse some paper adheres to the reverse.
